Shotcrete Mix Designs

These materials are supplied in bulk and in bulk bags.

Megastick® Shotcrete is a pre-blended shotcrete mixture containing aggregates, silica fume and other carefully selected additives. Megastick® Shotcrete has greatly enhanced shooting characteristics and physical properties.

  • Megastick® Dry
  • Megastick® Wet

Multicrete also has formulated some specialty shotcrete mix designs for specific applications.

  • XPR Shotcrete:  For cold temperature application
  • Flash-Set Shotcrete:  For applications requiring rapid set times

Depending on the circumstance and requirements of the end-user, Multicrete has the ability to add any number of shotcrete additives to the mix design.

  • DRAMIX® STEEL FIBRE: A steel fiber to enhance durability and strength
  • Multicrete Shotcrete Set Accelerator:  Chloride-free designed for use with Shotcrete
  • Silica Fume:  For increased stickiness & strength of shotcrete
  • Poly Fibers: Several poly fibers are available to mix with the shotcrete to add strength and performance

In circumstances where a liquid accelerator is necessary, Multicrete supplies a pre-mixed liquid accelerator using SIKA P1AF.
