Multicrete Mighty Mite™ Grout Mixer

The Multicrete Mighty Mite™ Mixer is a lower volume production skid mounted unit that is modular and locomotive. We have designed our units to be disassembled quickly for repairs and cleaning. This versatile unit is designed to mix and pump neat cement, sanded grouts and most commercial pre-blended grout mixes. This unit features one 30-gallon (113 liters) mixing tanks, a 2-gallon (7.5 liters) holding hopper through a progressive cavity grout pump.

The unique wheel mounted permits ease of use for one person rather than using a forklift to move to each location. The mixer comes with a bag breaker and variable speed mixing paddles. The manual tank outlet has a large slide gate that allows the thickest materials to discharge easily into the pump hopper.

The grout pump is a variable speed, positive displacement, progressive cavity, 2L4 rotor-stator pump. This pump has an output pressure of 176 psi and a volume displacement of 8gpm. The HSS steel skid stands up to the harshest conditions on any job site. Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production.

All components are easily accessible for safe operating, cleaning, and maintenance.
