Grout Materials

Grout is a construction material used to embed rebar in masonry walls, connect sections of pre-cast concrete, fill voids, and seal joints. Grout is generally composed of a mixture of water, cement, sand, often color tint, and sometimes fine gravel.

Types

Multicrete manufactures and supplies various Grout Mix Designs uniquely suited for your specific grouting needs.

Non-Shrink Grout -specially formulated for a variety of grouting purposes. Non-bleeding, non-segregating, precision non-shrink, non-corrosive. Can be used in a wide range of grouting situations such as grouting under baseplates, grout jacking of concrete slabs, grouting of ducts, underpinning of structures.
MULTI-Grout CB® -is an un-sanded, cement based expanding grout with silica fume and other additives. Gains strength quickly, resists water washout ideal for anchoring tendons, cables and bolts into soil or rock media.
MULTI-Grout CB/S® -a sanded, cement based non-shrink grout with silica fume and other additives. Gains strength quickly, resists water washout ideal for anchoring tendons, cables and bolts into soil or rock media.
Water Cut-Off Grout -is an un-sanded blend of cement, silica fume and other admixtures. It is designed as a pumpable grout that resists washout by flowing water and behaves similar to microfine cement. Ideal for sealing water flows, pumping into rock fissures to stop flow in mines & tunnels.
Polyurethane Grout -is made with polyurethane with reacts with water by expanding. The cured product is a cellular material. Ideal for Water Cut-off and Soil Stabilization, it is well suited for filling large cavernous spaces and cracks in stone or concrete structures. Seals off gushing water of high pressure and speed.
XPR Grout -is a fast setting non-shrink grout which is hydraulic cement based, non-ferrous, non-shrink which can be sanded or un-sanded. Great reliability for all general grouting uses. Ideal for grouting anchor or cable bolts, patching high traffic areas, low temperature grouting, grouting earth tie-back anchors into porous soil. High Early Strength allows for quick cycle times.

Cellular Concrete

Multicrete manufactures and supplies cellular concrete, cellular concrete foaming agents, colloidal mixers and agitator tanks. Multicrete has vast experience in designing cellular concrete systems and will assist in developing your cellular concrete program.

CRF (Cemented Rock Fill)

Multicrete produces CRF material and CRF application equipment. We have the experience and expertise to help your operation get started with its own CRF program.
